| About Us |
Liana Camba established her own company in 1986 and became known for her pret-a-porter and wedding gowns. By that time she had a small place where she would bring to life her own designs having in mind to fulfill the needs of modern women.Very soon her designs became famous in Athens and she decided to open a store in Kolonaki- one of the most chic areas in Athens- so as to present her collection. After the success of her first store she decided to open another in Thessaloniki. Recently she opened a new store in Glyfada which is located in the south suburbs of Athens. She also distributes her collection to some well known stores around Greece and Cyprus as a wholesaler. The main idea for her stores is for her clients to feel important, relaxed and welcome, and she follows this concept throughout all her stores. She is also responsible for the decoration, the furnishing and image of her stores. The whole production takes place in her own premises, since she is responsible for the selection of all fabrics as well as the supervision of her every collection. She participates twice a year in the FASHION WEEK event which takes place in Athens every autumn and spring. Fashion magazines often present and praise her creations. Despite the fact that is she is a low profile person, she is very much appreciated among her colleagues. Liana Camba was elected twice in the board of DESIGNERS CLUB and she is very active in her duties in order to introduce and promote Greek fashion around the world. Last year she decided to create a Sport Line collection called SOMA by LIANA CAMBA, for which she was inspired by the spirit of big city life, combining simplicity with a touch of glamour. Liana Camba is a continuous evolving fashion designer and has a lot more to offer to the fashion industry in the years to come! |
